Milton William ‘Bill’ Cooper was born on May 6, 1943 in Long Beach, California. His father was a member of the U.S. Air Force. Being part of a military family, he lived in many countries around the world. As a young adult Bill joined the armed forces and diligently climbed the ranks. While stationed in Vietnam, he was awarded several medals for his heroism on the battlefield. After the war, he worked on Top Secret projects as a member of the Naval intelligence team. Following an honorable discharge in 1975, Bill reintegrated into civilian life.
In 1988, deeply concerned about events transpiring globally, the veteran broke his silence and became a whistleblower. He dedicated his life to sharing insider knowledge hidden from the general public. Much of his intel came from classified documents he read while employed in the federal sector. By 1991 Bill had compiled his decades-long research into a book titledBehold a Pale Horse. It contains many predictions regarding future events planned by the New World Order. Neuralink Corporation was launched by Musk in 2016. The company is developing ultra high bandwidth brain-machine interfaces which connect human beings and computers. Such a feat will supposedly endow mere mortals with previously unimaginable abilities. These robotically-inserted microchips aim to one day restore vision loss and mobilize paralyzed individuals. Complex math equations could be solved in milliseconds. Downloadable languages would instantly enable recipients to speak any foreign dialect. However, theory and practicality are two entirely different entities. All that glitters is not necessarily gold. Seemingly benevolent gifts can be utilized for nefarious purposes. Some of mankind’s most horrific atrocities have unfolded beneath the guise of altruism.

As the Tesla CEO inches closer to mass cyborgenic production, preliminary trials are currently underway. University of California faculty received $1.4 million in funding from Neuralink to conduct studies on primates. Researchers drilled into the skulls of cognizant monkeys and electrodes were inserted into their brains. Freedom of Information Act documents obtained by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, a national nonprofit comprised of 17,000 doctors, provides disturbing insights into these gruesome experiments. The sentient mammals endured highly invasive and agonizing procedures. Protocol directed scientists to restrain uncooperative animals with a steel rod screwed through the cranium. They suffered from rashes, seizures, facial trauma, severe infections, esophageal ulcers, and brain hemorrhages.
