Some insist the assault was genuine while others believe it’s merely a staged performance to boost formerly plummeting ratings. However, what cannot be debated is the ensuing media frenzy. Seemingly overnight there is constant discussion and rampant news coverage of a particular autoimmune disease called alopecia areata. The headlining actress suffers from this condition which causes hair loss.
